Hi, I’m Rich, Founder of Successful Business Strategies

Rich Becker is an accomplished professional business coach, business
owner with Successful Business Strategies, Inc.. He has a B.S. in
Business Administration (cum laude) from Duquesne University, where he
dual majored in Accounting and Aerospace Studies. He also has an MBA
from Gonzaga University, with a concentration in Management and
Organization Development.

Rich has had 3 highly successful careers. The first one was as an Air
Force Officer and Pilot and Wing Staff Operations Officer in charge of flying
training for an Air Force Wing in Northern Michigan, where he
accomplished a major turnaround in the flying performance of that wing.
After nearly 9 years in the Air Force, Rich transitioned to the civilian world
where he assumed Controller positions with Container Corporation of
America, Crown Zellerbach, and Gaylord Container, all manufacturers of
packaging materials. He then transitioned to Director of Finance and
Human Resources for American Flange & Manufacturing, the major
manufacturer of closures for the steel drum and plastic pail industry in the
U.S. There he continued his career, assuming additional directorships in
Customer Service, Shipping and Receiving, and then Director of
Manufacturing Operations.

After 27 years in corporate leadership roles, he transitioned to become an
entrepreneur and business owner because his passion is all about helping
small business owners achieve their personal and business goals through
business coaching. He has helped turn several clients’ businesses from
break even at best to achieving and surpassing their profit goals within a
year.

He loves giving back and paying it forward, which is his philosophy when
networking and creating lasting relationships.
